INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING MEMBERSHIP LOGIN FOR EXISTING MEMBERS – FIRST TIME LOGIN Once on the Administration Page click the Register button and fill in the form. Make sure you check the yes button for “Existing Member” near the bottom of the page. When finished click the Register Me button at the bottom of the page. Make sure you keep a record of your user name and password. Note: the username must be alphanumeric - just letters and/or numbers (no dashes, spaces or symbols). You will receive an email indicating that your membership will be verified in the next few days. Once that is done, you will receive another email and you will be able to log on as detailed below. FOR EXISTING MEMBERS – SUBSEQUENT LOGINS Once on the Administration Page enter your user name and password; then click the Login button. Your details can be updated at any time. Please keep your address and email details up to date. These will be used to post newsletters and the journal and keep you informed about society matters. You will be informed by email as to when your subscription is due and options for paying it. FOR NEW MEMBERS On the Administration Page click the Register button and fill in the form. Check the no button for “Existing Member” near the bottom of the page. When finished click the Register Me Button at the bottom of the page. Under our constitution memberships have to be approved so it is not an automatic process and it may take a few days. You will receive further instructions by email, including options for paying your subscription. PAYMENT OF SUBSCRIPTIONS There are two options: 1. We now have a PayPal facility on the website. If you are not an existing PayPal member, you can easily become one – go to the relevant PayPal webpage and sign up – it only takes a few minutes and it is also a useful facility for many other on line transactions.
